We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original condition: unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Please note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain clothing items (specifically underwear and base layers) and opened bicycle helmets. All electrical components and special order parts are final sale unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our Rider-Support Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our address (provided in your authorization email). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution)

Exchanges

For exchanges:
